Start Practicing ...

OK. Let's presume that you are about to start practicing Yoga on Day 1.

Set the alarm clock the previous night so that you get up early by 06:00 am at least. While sleeping keep thinking about the next day's program; this will increase your enthusiasm and probably you will get up before your clock alarms.

First enter into your toilet. Attend nature call, and then brush your teeth. Clean your tongue too with the help of a tongue cleaner thoroughly. Cleanliness is utmost important to start practicing Yoga. Now take a bath in lukewarm water if possible. Otherwise wash your body with clean water in order for you to get rid of any unpleasant smell from your armpit and other portions of your body.

Don't take coffee/tea in empty stomach. Instead you can take 2 or 3 glasses of pure drinking water in empty stomach. If you cannot give up drinking coffee/tea you can have it at least 1 hour after drinking 2 or 3 glasses of pure water in empty stomach. Now put on your pajama and spread your Yoga mat on the floor of the room wherein your PC is kept. Avoid wearing tight dresses while practicing Yoga.

Switch on the PC and logon to www.yogaid.com then login to your VIP Club with the help of the username and password you have been provided with while you have signed up with us.

Normally, every beginner would find it difficult to practice 'Lotus Position'. So please click on the link 'Half Lotus Position' and read the script meticulously at least twice. As you have to practice 4 Yoga Positions in the first month, you can practice one position per week so that you will complete the Month 1 without much difficulty.

Take a closer look at the screen capture of the Half Lotus Position video clip and the relevant photos you will be able to form a clear idea about Half Lotus Position. Now you are mentally prepared to start practicing Half Lotus Position - Veerasana.
