Each and every part of your body is getting completely relaxed in Corpse position/Rest in Peace Position. It is also called 'Savasana' or 'Shanthi Asana'.

The legs and arms have to be kept away from the body. Keep the elbows in prone position with fingers half-bent. The feet are also kept apart as shown in the photo/video clip. The hands should be kept away from the body. Keep your eyes closed but you must not sleep. Breathing should be deep, slow and normal. This Yoga Position should be focused on the concentration of your mind.

Corpse Position/Rest in Peach Position increases your will power besides controlling your mind. You will not become excited or restless in any situation. As a result you will have the power within to have all your problems solved patiently.
