Detox The Body Naturally - Why It's Necessary For Your Health

Detox, or detoxification, is the elimination of toxins and waste from the body. Toxic substances from environmental pollutants are absorbed into the body through ingestion from eating foods grown with pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and fertilizers, breathing in air contaminants, drinking non-purified water, and consuming meats and fish that are farm raised not free range or wild caught.
